This policy applies to purchases of The Pocket Rheumatologist from Autoimmune Wise MD.

Digital and Paperback Purchases

The Digital Edition is delivered electronically as a downloadable PDF. No physical book ships with a Digital Edition purchase.

The paperback is printed to order and shipped by Lulu. Shipping charges, applicable taxes, and estimated delivery timing are shown at checkout.

All Sales Are Final

All digital and paperback sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges or offer refunds, except where required by applicable law. Please confirm your selected format before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Books

If your paperback arrives damaged or defective, email info@rxandreality.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damage or defect so we can help resolve it. This does not create a general return or refund guarantee or limit rights available under applicable law.

Digital Access Problems

If you cannot find your delivery email, check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. If your download link or file does not work, contact info@rxandreality.com for assistance and working access. Difficulty accessing a digital product does not qualify for a refund when working access can be provided, except where required by applicable law.

Duplicate Charges

If you believe the same purchase was charged twice in error, contact info@rxandreality.com. We will investigate and refund any confirmed duplicate charge.
